The World Shipping (China) Summit 2011 ("Summit"), with the theme of "Balance & Breakthrough", is grandly held in Boao of Hainan, China on November 3rd. The Summit attracts more than 800 delegates from all parts of the world. Mr. Li Shenglin, Minister of the Ministry of Transport of P. R. China, Capt.
