本研讨班针对已具备一定船舶融资知识的各行业人才，系统介绍和梳理新船船舶和二手船贷款融资和融资租赁方面的法律知识和实务。课程内容兼顾了问题的普遍性和当前的热点话题，充分结合案例分析。这是一次深入学习船舶融资业务并结识行业中新朋友的绝佳机会。2天的课程将通过对船舶融资法律与实践业务的介绍，各种问题的深入分析、精选实务案例研习和讨论，实现对船舶融资的难点要点的逐一解析。
This seminar is held for professionals from a wide range of industries with certain ship finance knowledge. It intends to systematically introduce and unscramble the legal knowledge and practice on second-hand ship loan financing and financial leasing. The seminar contemplates both the pervasive questions and the current hot issues on ship finance, analyzing them in combination with several cases. 郑蕾，法学博士，上海耀良律师事务所合伙人，中国海事仲裁委员会仲裁员。曾先后就读于大连海事大学和上海海事大学。具有近十五年海事海商领域的律师从业经验，对船舶融资和融资租赁的法律问题进行过系统的理论研究，具有丰富的实践经验。
Grace Zheng, a senior Partner of Yao Liang Law Offices and an Arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Commission, graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a PhD (Major in International Law). And gained her L.L.M (Major in Maritime Law) at Shanghai Maritime University. Ms. Zheng has fifteen years’ practical experience as a maritime lawyer with plentiful practical experiences in handling ship financing projects as well as theoretical research achievement on ship finance and financial lease in China.
董晓丹，德国DVB银行高级副总裁。目前负责在大中华地区以及在东南亚的船舶融资业务。曾先后取得大连海事大学国际海事专业学士学位，沃顿商学院（美国宾夕法尼亚州大学）MBA学位，主修财务。她曾在AP穆勒马士基集团中国和法国工作。自2005年起，到德国DVB银行开始她的银行事业，成功地执行了许多船舶融资交易。
Xiaodan Predoehl, is the Senior Vice President, Xiaodan is responsible for
shipping clients in Greater China area, as well as in South East Asia. Xiaodan got her first
degree from Dalian Maritime University majoring in International Maritime Law, In 2005
received her MBA degree from the Wharton School of Business, University of
Pennsylvania, USA, majored in Finance, and then Xiaodan started her banking career
with DVB Bank. Through her tenor with the Bank, Xiaodan has originated and executed
many ship finance transaction successfully.
王英姿, 上海市租赁业协会副秘书长，上海虹桥正瀚律师事务所金融部总监。在协会工作主要负责对融资租赁行业创新业务的政策研究，目前，参与上海综保区洋山港保税船舶登记制度的政策研讨，以及具体操作细则的研究。近二十年金融业银行信贷、担保、信托、融资租赁从业经历。原招银金融租赁有限公司资产运营部总经理和公司风险审查委员会委员，曾兼任航运租赁部总经理。熟悉各类金融工具的运用和务实的融资租赁业务实践经验；善于策划项目结构和产品创新；对涉及目前国内融资租赁行业会计、法律、税收、监管“四大支柱”等市场环境的研究较深，懂得如何规避、破解以上政策障碍，提出具备可操作性的解决方案。
Wang Yingzi, is a partner of Zhenghan Law Firm, deputy General Secretary of Shanghai Leasing Association, and an Arbitrator of Shanghai Court of Finance Arbitration and CMAC Shanghai Branch.Ms. Wang used to be the general manager of capital operation department of CMB Financial Leasing co. Ltd. and the member of the risk review committee, holding the concurrent position as the general manager of shipping lease department. Ms. Wang has almost twenty years practical experience in bank credit and loan, guarantee, trust, and financial lease, is familiar with the exertion of various financial instruments and has practical financial lease experience.
